ECCLES COMMUNITY COMMITTEE

CRIME AND DISORDER SCRUTINY SUB GROUP
As part of the work of its Scrutiny Committees, the City Council has recently
established a sub group to consider various issues relating to crime and disorder. A
key issue recently considered has been anti-social behaviour, and it is proposed that
a future area for consideration will be respect.
The Sub Group comprises both Councillors and officers of the City Council, and is
chaired by Councillor John Pooley, however there is also a need for members of the
community to be involved with its activities. If you are interested in becoming a
member of the Sub Group, or would just like further information about its activities,
