POSITIONS OF CHAIR AND VICE-CHAIR
Pat White, vice-chair of Committee has written to say that for health reasons, she is standing
down from Community Committee and will be concentrating her energies on the Metro
Residents Group.
I expect Committee will want a card sent on their behalf to thank Pat fro her contribution over
the years.
Nominations for the vacant post are needed.
Councillor Heywood has asked me to take this opportunity to remind Committee that she has
filled the position of Chair because there were no other nominations. On a matter of
principle, she feels that a community representative should ideally fill this position.
Can Committee consider making nominations for the positions of both Chair and ViceChair.
