Introduction
Goal: Lift a one kilogram weight to height
of one meter in ten seconds.
 The device materials must cost under $20.
 The materials used were basic.

BEWM
Overview
The initial step: release of mouse traps.
 Water released to operate water wheel.
 Wheel releases rocks (counter-weight).
 Counter-weight lifts one kg. weight.

