their lab, and act as their supervisor for the duration of the student’s program (assuming
satisfactory progress on the part of the student).
By signing this form the student is agreeing to work under the supervision of the above
named supervisor.
Confirmation of Financial Support
Supervisors agree to support the student’s research project and stipend for the duration
of their program. At the time of admission stipend and operating funds must be in place
to cover at least the first two years of program.
In the event that a student holds an external award at the time of admission, sufficient
operating funds must be in place to support the student’s research project as well as
provide the required stipend when the external award terminates.
