Assessing your own performance is an important part of the performance feedback process. Taking the time to complete a
self-assessment before meeting with your supervisor for your annual review helps ensure productive and meaningful
discussions. This guide is designed as a guide to assist you in making notes and preparing for performance-related
discussions.
