Director Purpose Purpose: To plan, manage, and coordinate organization support for Vice Provost of Academic Analytics and Operations. Provide supervision and administration guidance of CODe activities. Essential Functions Function 1: Serves as primary staff resource to the Vice Provost of Academic Analytics and Operations. Acts on behalf of the Vice Provost in the development and implemenation of plans, policies, and procedures; stays abreast of the Provost and Vice Provost's priorities; follows up on pending matters. 25 % Time Function 2: Serves as liaison with the university community, students, faculty, and staff on behalf of the Vice Provost. 25 % Time Function 3: Researches, drafts and prepares reports, briefings, presentations and position papers on institutional and strategic issues. 20 % Time Function 4: Serves as the lead of CODe by providing leadership, being the main contact for the group, and coordinator project management with customers and the programing experts. 14 % Time Function 5: Convenes and serves on committees; composes correspondence; performs special assignments as instructed by the Vice Provost.
