Summary of the External Review Process
In box (A), type in the total number of individuals who were invited to serve as external reviewers of the candidate’s
materials. For each of dispositions indicated in (B) through (E), type in the corresponding number of invitees. The
sum of numbers in categories (B) through (E) must equal that of the total in (A).

 A list of the materials (using your discipline’s bibliographic standards) that were sent out to external reviewers; and
 All external review letters received, ordered alphabetically by reviewer last name. (No letters received may be excluded.)
Per section 6-306 of UT Arlington’s Handbook of Operating Procedures, “the P/T Committee chair shall also provide relevant
information about each reviewer’s professional/academic qualifications for evaluating the candidate for tenure and/or promotion,
such as a copy of the reviewer’s curriculum vitae (full or abbreviated), documentation appearing on the reviewer’s professional
website, or a justification statement written by the P/T Committee chair.” Electronic files (ideally PDFs) with reviewers’
qualifications should be gathered into a separate folder labeled G-ReviewerCVs; this folder should then be placed into the
electronic dossier’s section G, i.e., the folder labeled G-ExternalEvals.
