4-H Record Keeping Self-Evaluation 4H-98 At the back of your record book, you can make a section to keep your 4-H Record Keeping Self-Evaluation. This form allows you to review your record keeping skills. Also in this section, you can include previous year’s evaluation sheets from your leader. That way, you know what to improve on and what to keep doing the same from year to year! As time goes on, you can continually use the same sections in your record book, just keep adding the current year on top of last years. If you’re not a “pencil and paper” record keeper, you can do an audio or visual recording. However, I would suggest keeping a book like I do so that you can have it for years to come. Let your creativity soar through 4-H! Check out the example on the next page!
