Greene County 4-H Awards Application
Intermediate Project Award

Eligibility:
 Intermediate level 4-Hers (7th-8th grade) are eligible for a project award for any project area that they
have been enrolled in for at least two years. This award can be earned once in each project area as
a junior, once in each area as an intermediate, and once in each area as a senior.
Requirements:
 Must have completed record keeping and turned in for evaluation by the 4-H Record Book
Evaluation Committee for at least two years (including this year).
 Record Keeping must include support material for at least two years in each project area you are
applying for.
 Record Keeping must show leadership and citizenship activities within the 4-H program. Activities
do not have to be in the project area of the award application.
 Record Keeping materials must be turned in to the Extension Office for the 4-H Record Book
Evaluation Committee to review in order to be eligible for any county awards.
