Adair County 4-H Alumni Speak Out Mandi (Sorensen) Eisbach Current Job: Medical Transcriptionist and part time Administrative Assistant for the Adair County Extension Office. Education: Medical Transcription Training and Coursework, Iowa State University, and Nodaway Valley Class of 2000. 4-H Involvement: Summerset Citizens, 4-H Conference in Ames, and State Fair. Favorite part of 4-H: My favorite part of 4-H would have to be the county fair. What a great time! This is your chance to show off all of your hard work in various projects that have come to mean a great deal throughout the year. Another favorite of mine is the opportunity to meet a countless number of terrific people, making friends for life.
