National Park, Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, and Valley of Fire State

Stovepipe Wells motel requires deposit of one night’s stay 30 days in advance of first
night; prepayment of RRCCA SRP is due with application.
Hotels, 2 days; cars, no cancellation fee up to pick-up..
$500, balance of $1150 due January 15, 2013. Air, if booked by leaders is payable at
time of booking.

There is a $100 cancellation fee once a participant is accepted and his/her check
deposited. The AMC cancellation policy is based on the simple precept that
cancellation shall not raise the cost of the trip to any of the participants or the leaders.
Therefore, in case of cancellation, participant refund will be all that you have paid, less
cancellation fee, expenses already incurred and future expenses which can not be
avoided. If someone cancels and the trip still fully books, then fees will be refunded in
full (less $100) with the exception that, after airline tickets have been purchased,
participants own the tickets and that part of the fee cannot be refunded.
