We have a cooking class at La Fonte where we prepare our dinner. In Montalcino the focus is on wine. Our loop rides take us past vineyards of the Sangiovase grape which makes the famous Brunello wines. We will tour several vineyards where we learn about wine production and have the option of wine tastings. Accommodations are in 3 star hotels.
