We plan to stay at the Sedona Real Inn in West Sedona, 5 minute drive from heart of downtown. Breakfast in included. Breakfast is included in hotel price. Lunch will be make-your-own with fixings purchased by trip leaders at local markets. Dinner will be at local restaurants with a daily budget that includes tax and gratuity. Once you are accepted on the trip, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. A refund of amounts paid in excess of $100 will be given to the extent that it does not raise the cost of the trip to the other participants or the Leaders. If your spot is filled, then you may be entitled to a full refund, less the $100 cancellation fee. If your spot cannot be filled, then you will receive a refund for any part of the trip that can be cancelled by the leaders, less the $100 cancellation fee.
