Fly to Buenos Aires, to El Calafate. Glacier tour. Travel to El Chalten for 2 day hikes in
Los Glacieres NP (Laguna Torre, Laguna de los Tres) & ice trekking on Viedma
Glacier). Travel to Chile to hike the W in TDP, staying four nights in refugios. There
will be two nights in Natales before the W and one night after. Return flight from Punta
Arenas via Santiago to U.S.

Trail conditions, river crossings, weather, wildlife (bears, snakes, etc.)
Weather in the regions of Chile and Argentina can be quite variable. High winds are
common; there are a few stretches of trail in TDP with stream crossings and rough
terrain.
