Bridging the Mediterranian between Spain and France. This spring hiking and discovery
tour follows the Mediterranean coasts of Northern Spain and Southern France. With
comfortable stays in selected destinations we will explore on foot the highlights of what
makes this part of the world so special. We'll see the sites of dazzling Barcelona including it's natural spaces and of course the famous monastery at Montserrat. On the
Costa Brava, we will walk the forested peninsula and coastal paths and visit the magical
homestead of Salvador Dali, including a visit to the museum in his honor. I France we
will enjoy the splendors of Provence and devote time to historical centers where tree
shaded plazas and frsh fruit stalls signify Mediterranian roots. And of course we will
discover centuries old villages in the foothills of the Alps, where our hikes take us
between hamlets, along canyons and to secluded lakes. Our tour ends at Nice, where an
extended stay is possible - with the option of visiting The kingdom of Monaco or
continueing onward in France.
10 nights accomodations twin share ( hotels are all a minimum of 3 star ). 5 nights will
be in Spain and 5 nights will be in France.
All dinners, all breakfasts and 5 picnic lunches are included
