We will be spending our first day in Luxembourg City touring the sights. The next day
we board the public transportation and heading to the town of Echternach where we will
spend the next three nights. During this time, we will be day hiking on the Müllerthal
Trail. On our rest day, we will pack up and take the bus to the town of Beaufort where
we will spend the next two days hiking other parts of the Müllerthal Trail. We will take
the bus back to the Luxembourg City and depart the next day for home.
In Luxembourg City and in Beaufort, we will be staying in Youth Hostels. In
Echternach, we will be staying in an inn in the center of town.
Breakfast is included in all locations. We will be providing packed lunches on the days
that we are hiking and two group dinners (one at the beginning and one at the end of the
trip). All other meals, the participants will be on their own.
Luxembourg has very good public tranportation - we will be buying a 10-ride bus pass
for each participant.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is based on several considerations.
•First, a cancellation shall not raise the cost to the other participants or to the leaders
•Second, we will charge a canceling participant for the expenses already incurred on his/her behalf and
any unavoidable future expenses that will be incurred as a result of his/her registration, unless they can
be applied toward another acceptable participant
•Third, to discourage uncommitted people from applying for the trip, we have a schedule of minimum
cancellation penalties, applicable once you have been accepted.
