Will be in cell phone contact with emergengy services in all trip locations. At each
location a local guide is provided with further local knowledge about emergengy
services. The most important safety feature is that there will be a mandarine speaker and
a speaker of the local dialect with the group at all times.

Richard Wang quotes his rates in dollars
No deposit needed until the trip is a go. We will pay the bulk of the fee well ahead of
time because the tour operator needs to book the internal flights early for good rates. We
will also have people get visas as early as possible because the visa number is needed to
book the internal flights.

Cancellation fee is $100. No holdback before May 10, Thereafter, person cancelling may
be assessed up to $1400 to prevent the cancellation from raising the fee to others on the
trip. After July 30 that amount may be increased up to $2500.
