Tour organizer, Ric Finch, owner of Rutahsa, has led this trip many times and will make all reservations needed and provide a guide he has trained to accompany us on the trip.

Pepe guided a trip led by Kathy Didier in June, 2009. She and participants were very satisfied with his services, as were participants on a trip he led last year.

COST AND BUDGET DETAILS

Will pay Rutahsa and airlines in dollars for all hotels, transport, some food. Will exchange relatively small amount of dollars into local currency. Contingency should cover any changes in valuation.

After acceptance $100 non-refundable. After Feb 1, 2010, minimally $300 is nonrefundable, if (and only if) there is a replacement from the waiting list. However, cancellation shall not raise the cost of the trip to other participants or the leader. If not replaced, person will forfeit the $300, plus per capita expenses already incurred and on any other unpaid expenses for which the trip cannot obtain a refund.
