We will be staying 1-2 nights at each major hiking area to allow participants to experience the uniqueness of each park by doing 2 or more hikes in each, but also maximize the number of areas visited. Cancellation must be in writing - Postmarked date below: Cancellations prior to July 1st will be entitled to a refund on money deposited with the AMC less a minimum administration charge of $100 plus the cost of air ticket if already issued. These tickets are non-refundable except for serious illness substantiated by a doctor’s letter. All other moneys returned After July 1 - All moneys returned except: a) same as above; and b) Any moneys paid out to vendors and money necessary to keep the trip cost from increasing causing an increase for other trip members (example: having to pay for a double room for a single person).
