Hypotheses D&M model D&M model provides a comprehensive framework for measuring the performance of information system. In the D & M model, there are two key elements that include (1) system quality for measuring technical success and (2) quality information for measuring measures semantic success. Other elements focus on effectiveness such as use, user satisfaction, individual impacts and organization impacts. Any systems have two dimensions with which information contained in system and system functionalities that store, process, retrieve and display information. Information quality and system quality are two key dimensions of system’s characteristics. And they were found to have significant impact on perceived usefulness and ease of use (Venkatesh& Davis, 2000; Thong et al., 2002)
