VOLUME 6, ISSUE 1, WINTER 2016 DEBBE SKUTCH, DIRECTOR Director's Welcome It seems everything is better with stronger connections. We are more productive, more thoughtful, more organized (and have more fun!) when we relate to our work peers and customers. Our recognition event, Beyond Networking: Building Strong Business Relationships was all about connecting with individuals, including finding commonalities, differences, listening and enjoying getting to know people. Family members working in a family business relate on a different level with a long history of memories that shape those relationships. Carrying on with this theme, the Center will be hosting a February lunch forum highlighting award-winning companies that demonstrate how addressing human resources makes a real difference in their organizations. More information on this event and a registration link is in the right column under the sponsors. At the epitome of relationships and connections, our affinity groups are going strong!
