Accessing your Copy Center
Storefront Profile
1.
Go to the login page for the
Storefront
2.
Click on “Click to add/remove
index”
3.
Enter your UTAD ID and
password then click on “Log
In”
Understanding the pages
Click on “Add Request” to begin adding a
new index to your profile.

Enter your index; make a
selection from the available
option
Enter the last name of your
supervisor; make a selection
Click on “Save” and then click on
“Submit”

You can check the status by clicking on “My Requests” and then on the
“Pending” tab.
If you selected the wrong index or Supervisor no worries, simply click on
“Delete”

The “Approved” tab
displays current
indexes listed on your
profile.
Individuals has the
ability to “remove”
indexes that are no
longer needed.
“Denied” tab display
prior request that were
denied and the reason.
Supervisors
You will be prompted to enter a comment.
Upon Supervisor’s Actions
•
Requestor received an email, listing the index and the action taken “approved,
denied, deleted”
•
Requestor can immediately log back in and see the status
