as a hyperlink from the WASFAA homepage.
4. Conference call with Zach Duffy regarding Social Media. To maximize communication to membership, we will
cross post all updates to the List Serv, Water Cooler Blog, Facebook and Twitter.
We currently have the following social media stats
a. 161 likes on Facebook
b. 15 followers on Twitter
c. 84 members on LinkedIn
5. Wrote Fall Newsletter Article “Give the Best FA Night You Can: How to Avoid Blank Stares and Nodding Heads.”

7. Researched and updated lifetime members membership records
8. Sent email to all lifetime members apologizing for erroneous renewal reminder
9. Monthly Membership Renewal Notices sent to all lapsed members
NOTE: The August and October ATAC membership reminder emails produced errors. The August reminder
spammed recipients with 3 to 8 messages per recipient. The October reminder pulled current members. There is no
way to track which records are sent. For future communications, I recommend that the membership database be
downloaded into excel and the reminders sent from Outlook. This will also allow for more personalization in the
communication.
