A:Have you seen the science fiction film,A.I.Artificial Intelligence?
你曾有看過科幻片，AI 人工智慧嗎?
B:I saw a few scenes from the preview.The A.I.boy is really adorable.I
wonder what the story is about.
我看了一些預告的場景，人工智慧男孩是可愛的，我對故事的內容感到好奇。
A:It's about an artificial boy,David,who hopes to become a real boy so
that he can win back the love of his human“mom”Monica.
這是一個有關人工男孩，David，他希望成為一個真正的男孩，因此他才可以
贏回他人類母親 Monica 的愛。
B:It sounds like an interesting story.How does David try to do this?
這聽起來像是一個有趣的故事，David 如何嘗試去做?
A:With help from another android,Gigolo Joe,they set out to find the
“Blue Fairy”,who can make him a real boy.
得到另一個機器人的幫助，Gigolo Joe，他們開始去找”藍色仙女 ”讓他變
成一個真正的男孩。
B:Wow,isn't it interesting that this robotic character is just like
Pinocchio?
哇，是不是很有趣，這個機器人的性格就像 Pinocchio。
A:Indeed.But Pinocchio becomes a real boy and lives happily ever after
with his father,while David only enjoys a single day of happiness playing
with his Mom and toy Ted.And then he goes to “that place where dreams
are born”.
確實。Pinocchio 成為一個真正的男孩，而後和他父親永遠快樂的生活，但是
David 只享有一天的幸福就是他跟他的母親和玩具 Ted 玩.然後他去“他夢想的
出生地”
B:Sounds like it's not a happy ending. A robot can live forever.Why does
David bother to try so hard to become a mortal human being?
這聽起來不是一個快樂的結局。機器人可以長生不死.為什麼大衛要這麼努力
讓自己成為一個凡人？
A:Maybe love means more to David than a cold,endless life.
也許 愛對 David 來講是比悽涼且無盡的生命更好。
B:That's ture! I'll go to see the movie this weekend.Would you like to
join me?
這就對了!我這周末要去看這部電影，你要和我一起去嗎?
A:I'd love to. Let's meet at the Taiwan Theater on Saturday evening at
7:00.
