SWOT, and a business plan for our cosplay
theme restaurant, ENJOY, including the
decoration, budgets, discount, and services.
We aim to make it a profitable business.
Cosplay is a kind of subculture which
has been developing fast in Japan since 1990s.
Combining “costume” with “play,” cosplay is
called “cos” for short. “Coser” is a name for
those who cosplay fictional characters. For
good cosers, the first important point is they
should realize the characters they choose to
cosplay or the characteristics of the characters
completely before they do it.
