HR Advisory Board Chair Election & Succession

The Chair of the Human Resources Advisory Board will serve one two-year term. The Chair will
be elected via electronic vote by a majority of members immediately after the July meeting. The
Chair presides over Advisory Board meetings and thus is expected to attend regularly.
However, when the Chair cannot attend, the Vice Chair will preside over the meetings in the
Chair’s absence. The Vice Chair will be chosen by a majority of members in attendance at the
July meeting on alternating years, also to serve a two-year term.
The next Chair election will be held July 2011; the next Vice Chair election will be held July
2010.
