Evaluating and selecting a suitable business intelligence system are the critical strategic decisions in formulating business strategy. The combination of qualitative and quantitative criteria is adopted in this method to make right decision when choosing a business intelligence system. The centroid ranking method from Wang et al. (2006) is applied to rank all the final fuzzy evaluation values from the provided model. A numerical example is used to test the model. The proposed model can help companies to evaluate business intelligence systems and select their best systems to support the business.
