voluntary label program by Bureau of Energy ,
Ministry of Economic Affairs (BOE) .
• To promote deployment of energy
efficiency technologies, as well as to
encourage green consumption.
• Applicants have to meet the
requirements of energy
efficiency criteria –at least 10%
higher than the national standard.

• To encourage green consumption as well as to
help development of the industry.
• Subsidized items: including air-conditioners,
washing machine, and refrigerators.
• Subsidized period: from 2008/10/01-2009/03/31.
• Subsidized amount: NT$2000/quantity.
