For the 2010-11 fiscal year Workforce Innovation Partnership grants will be a competitive process
and administered by the Economic and Workforce Development Unit.

application for this project, applicants must use the Instructions contained in this document and the
online application guide located within the online application entitled Online Project Instruction.
These Instructions contain the required elements for the application and must be followed in
