Manoa Faculty Senate. Approved by the Manoa Faculty Senate on September 19, 2012 with 47
votes in support and 3 against.

The Committee on Administration and Budget of the Manoa Faculty Senate endorses the new
Executive Policy E5.229 Whistleblower and Retaliation Policy for Allegations of Research and
Scholarly Misconduct, memorandum dated February 1, 2012.
