Spotlight Neighborhood
Nominations
• A nominated neighborhood can be as small as
one block on one street
• A neighborhood can be nominated by anyone,
not necessarily a resident
• Each nominated neighborhood is visited by a
panel of judges at least three times
• The winning neighborhood is awarded a block
party paid for by the Chamber of Commerce
