In lab on Friday you will watch 5 short videos. Takes notes as you watch each video. As you watch pay attention to the following:

Attitude of the lecturer

Examples that help you understand the topic/concepts

Anything that is unclear or that you don’t understand

Significance or importance of the information to your life/society/the global community

You may watch the videos again on the weekend, if you wish. Using your notes, you should be able to discuss the following questions. You may prepare answers to the questions on the weekend and bring them to class on Monday, if you wish.

Bring your notes to class on Monday. On Monday, I will randomly assign you to groups to focus on one video. In your groups you will discuss the questions above. Your group will present your ideas to the class on Tuesday and Wednesday.
