statement.
1. If necessary, go back and review Effective Repetition Notes and then explain in your
own words both what it means to effectively reference thesis statement language and
what the purpose is of doing it.
2. Copy and paste your current Summary & Response thesis statement and explain how it
addresses the Summary & Response Essay assignment. Then list, in order that they
appear in your essay, the words and phrases you effectively reference from your TS.
3. Copy and paste one body paragraph from your Summary & Response Essay that
effectively references thesis statement language and then under your paragraph explain
how the repetition serves to further support your thesis statement.
