Gift Sales
During our staff meeting yesterday, you asked for information about revenues generated from our gift
sales and a separate breakdown for the sale of figurines/collectibles. The following chart shows the
amount of revenue from gift sales for the past three years. It also shows a significant increase in the sale
of figurines/collectibles.

Revenues generated by gift sales are incremental, and we have been able to keep our costs and
inventory management investments low. Our markup for gifts averages 50 percent.
