Vocab Directions:
Each person gets three sets.
Each person finds the following information for each word in
each set:
1. The definition as it is used in the reading. (Scan the text
to find your words)
2. Other forms of the word. For example-publicize, public,
publication, publicity, publically.
3. Identify each part of speech.
4. Write a sentence for the each word in your sets.
5. Be prepared to teach your classmates this information.
Suggestion:
For each word, draw a picture of find an image on the Web
that can help you remember the word. This won’t work for
every word, but it works for many words.
