Choose one of the topics below to do a 4-5 minute presentation in class. Please prepare some
kind of visual to go with it.
1. Style – What kind of fashion do you prefer? What styles? Brand names? Why? Do you
have an accessory or something that is special to you? What is it and why is it special?
2. Give directions from home to school or school to home. Be specific about time it takes,
the distance, and directions walking, taking the light rail or taking the bus.
3. Talk about your future occupation. Describe your duties, the advantages and benefits of
the job and salary, etc. Why do you want to have this job? What kind of education do you
need for this job? Be specific – don’t just say you want to be a “businessman or woman”.
