Dear Editor,
I was shocked to read that governor Sean Davis failed to pay his income taxes last year. He
should paid his taxes just like everyone else. Even if he wasn't able to pay the whole amount,
he is could have at least paid some of it. Our elected officials need to show that they respect the
law. Davis ought have told the voters about his past. Better yet, he ought not to have try to be
governor again this past year at all. He should have realize that the truth would eventually come
out. In my opinion, the members of his political party shouldn't have chosen him to be a
candidate last year, and the public should not vote for him next month.
