Course Description:
This course examines the fundamentals of business strategy development within a global context.
Students learn to consider the impact of external environmental influences together with the constraints of
an enterprise’s internal strengths and weaknesses to develop a global strategy that competes in a
competitive business environment.

The goal of this course is to introduce the student to some of the elements of creating a global business
strategy.
