Arts and humanities courses help preserve and convey accounts of the human
experience. They investigate human constructs and values. The goal of arts and
humanities courses is to help students understand the wide variety of human
experiences by studying the imaginative products, intellectual traditions, cultural
achievements, and historical processes of people around the world.
