On Monday, November 23rd, during lunch, current Yale student James Ma will visit the College and Career Center at Los Altos
High School to share information regarding applying to Yale, Yale's generous financial aid program, and to answer any
questions students may have. James is a sophomore at Yale studying Applied Math. He attended Lynbrook High School, and
he was delegated to be Yale's ambassador to Los Altos High. He is looking forward to informing students and helping them
reach their goals! Please bring your lunch and hear James share what it is really like to attend Yale University.
If you took Intro to Computer Science in the past and are interested in taking second semester java during 7th period this year,
please contact your guidance counselor immediately.
The LAHS Book Club is hosting acclaimed writer Ann Jacobus, author of Romancing the Dark in the City of Light at
lunch today in room P-13. Come hear Ann speak about her life as a writer in Paris and the story of getting her book published.
Food and snacks will be served.
The Yoga Club will meet in the Dance room for the first 30 minutes of lunch.
The League of Legends will meet at lunch in room 207.
