Attention all Freestyle Period 2 students! You need to attend the 1st assembly on Friday at 9:05 and then head over to Freestyle
when it's done.
Class Shirts! Seniors will be selling class shirts during brunch all week. Freshman and Sophomore shirts are available in the
Finance Office. All class shirts are $10. Make sure to wear your class shirt or class colors on Friday for the back to school
assembly.
Student parking permits for Juniors and Seniors go on sale tomorrow, Wednesday. Seniors start at 7:00pm, followed by Juniors
at 7:30/7:45pm. Only one parking permit can be sold per student. The cost is $40 – cash or check. You must bring a valid
drivers’ license, current car registration and proof of insurance.
The Back-to-School Dance is Friday, August 21st from 7:00pm – 10:00pm. This is an outdoor dance in the lower quad. The
dance is free with ASB purchase and $5.00 without. Dance tickets will only be sold at the door.
Yes it is hot outside, however there is a dress code at Los Altos (see page 15 in your Student Handbook). A reminder that
backless or strapless attire is not permitted. Also please do have your midriff exposed.
Attention ALL Freshmen and Sophomores with assigned lockers: Please do not wait to occupy your lockers. Secure your
lockers as soon as you can with the padlock you just purchased. If you do not wish to use your locker please notify Mrs. Davila
in the Attendance Building. Any locker found vacant by the end of this week will be reassigned to students that really need
them.
Attention Freshman! Are you interested in joining ASB and being involved in Class Council? See Ms. Rainie in the Attendance
Office if you would like to apply for ASB/Class President.
