Hey Juniors - There will be an important workshop for Juniors who are considering applying to 4-year colleges today during
Tutorial in the Eagle Theatre. We will be discussing important information related to public and private 4-year college
application processes, including letters of recommendation. If you are considering applying to 4-year colleges, you need to
attend! See you there!
Class Council elections are April 21st! If you think you might be interested in being your class’ president, vice president,
secretary, treasurer or public relations officer, you need to attend a mandatory meeting today in room 408 – you can attend
either at BRUNCH or at LUNCH, where we’ll go into more detail about the elections process. Election packets will be available
at the brunch and lunch meetings.
A reminder to donate to the Haiti Box Drive during your 2 nd period class! Teachers please pass around the boxes. All proceeds
will go to our sister school SOPUDEP in Haiti.
Attention all NHS members, NOT member elect. There will be a very important meeting tomorrow in the cafeteria. We will
begin promptly at 8:15. Elections for next year and voting on bylaws will be part of the agenda. Don’t be late.
There is a meeting today at lunch in room 410 for anyone interested in auditioning for next year's Broken Box Theatre
Company. Tech positions are also available. See Mrs. Moran if you have questions.
Diversity Assembly is coming up Friday, April 3rd, and all clubs are invited to sell food items on April 3rd at lunch. Submit
your club's activity request in the Attendance Office today!
In need of a bike to get to school, but don’t have the funds to buy one? Green Towne Los Altos will be making another
donation to LAHS in early May, so see Mrs. Woolfolk to add your name to the waitlist for a donated bike.
Track & Field has a meet vs. Los Gatos at 3:15. Badminton has a game vs. Monta Vista at 3:30. Varsity Tennis has a match vs.
Sacred Heart at 3:30. Varsity Softball has a game vs. Gunn at 4:00. Go Eagles!
