Guest Speakers –
a. Dean Beyer, COB economic supply chain, data insurance and risk management,
raising college debt – population is going down, short supply and many retiring
half of operations retiring, outreach we have funded by scholarship opportunities.
We talk to anyone one on one.
b. Kathryn Scheller, Chancellor’s Installation Contest – welcome back, $1,000
award, all you have to do is be an OSA registered org. OSA is paying for bus
shuttle noon to 6 on Friday continuous run until everyone have to be there by 2:30
to enter hand in form and show is one organization that OSA registered email and
phone number, link to student id and email to Kathy and link to GPS monitor that
is running back and forth by 2:30 PM BBQ 4 to 7 Reeve and Horizon building,
$12 per person Titan Dollars or meal plan. Circle K: Have to pay to get in EAA?
Answer: No travel and admission is free business casual 200 from people across
the united states, it matters be there at 2:30 PM, multiple people represent
increase chances of winning the 1,000 as many member and friends to come and
do that
c. Randy Hedge, Director Reeve Memorial Union – revamp view the most updated
renderings from operational stand point, SLIC moved office left in SLIC offices
move to alternate location and credit union in end of January project begins in
February nothing can stop this. Where things are going Julie and SLIC salon die
cut six computers, every storage cabinet did not have to reduce storage RUB
Green Room to the left Shannon go into TUG manager office into their storage
area, Angie Admin office, HOPE and MEC to Clow, allocation Fletcher OSA
B&G grill, printer moved down to new space, Circle K Clow closed down with
construction year done, scheduled to be done Feb projection one year often there
are delays 2017 we will be in. Mailbox same this year next to TUG, however any
federal mail will be held at the SLIC desk and a note will be placed in club/org
mailbox.
d. UW Oshkosh Cheer and Stunt, new club male and female cheer at home games
different competitions where they compete bring students here, tuition more
bodies, spirt to the Yell like Hell sorority, run with the cops and other promotional
sports like wrestling. Quads three people 2 min and 30 sec, safe environment,
build confidence , healthy life style, promoting eating habits, GPA requirement,
high academic standard or cheering at games, study tool, community outreach at
the MS walk, elementary schools Menasha, Omro high schools UW name out in
community, knowledge and boosts positive image for respectful and positive as
possible role models for younger girls, Circle K: What is the girls and guys size
range? Answer: heavier bodies do participate. PSA: What is the greatest
opportunity you received from the organization? Answer: biggest benefit
teammates go to campus events would not have gone to Titan nights, making
friends.
e. UWO Cycling Club – spin inside rider, Circle K: do you have to supply bike they
do rentals for very cheap at Rec Center. Rental expedition for your organization
allocated help fund rental costs accessible one time helmets and bikes to make it
easier for people. MUN – Green fund supplied the Bike Repair Station and could
help if proposal is submitted. Reminder and explanation of Green Fund at that
time.

Titan Dollars . Students that want to answer questions on budget cuts and what is
important to them at UW Oshkosh please stay an extra half hour want to hear
from students help facilitate this discussion . Graduate Student Ambassador
increase attendance on Saturday Sage computer labs open 8:30 to 4:30 PM.

Monday, the 21st. Hockey Club – bus outside of Reeve Friday for the opening game, recruitment
for Gamma Alpha under way. Chancellor’s Installation this Friday, September 18 at EAA .
RSOT (Registered Student Org Training) OSA rep for one organization not allowed any more
one rep vote here that takes place here on campus short out one club to vote, may only represent
one club/org at RSOT also
