UWO Campus Clean Up Club – new walking home from library garbage on the streets after big events streets et littered four clean sept 21, this club will not have regular meetings but just after big events. Student Voter Registration – government, assembly rep, all information that you need tables in Reeve throughout the months to make sure you have the information that you need. Presidential Appointments – none Unfinished Business – none New Business – none Committee Reports – Search and Screen committee announced his retirement system appointed 11 faculty, 2 students, 2 university, 2 academic 2 administration and campus reps. Working since March to find the five candidates all summer. Provost Earns Provost Ears same consideration just because he is internal he is not treated differently. Search and Screen not hiring authority part of process three board of regents to serve on a special committee and Ray Cross will be the ones hiring the next Chancellor, it is important to attend them and your feedback, campus community meet with her on Wednesday at 10:00 Reeve Theatre, 11:00 – 11:45 Wednesday, Sept 29th and the UW system will be the one announcing. Open lab on Thursday Up your org guide in Polk Library, Dragon Boats looking for volunteers, volunteer fair this Wednesday 9 to 1, Diversity Outdoors going camping state park kayaking as a part of it, Student Leadership conference is on a Saturday interested in attending available for a presentation one that is 25 and one is 55 min. Missy Burgess – new SLIC Staff Shannon, RUB Advisor and Nicole, Volunteer Advisor, Welcome week had over 4,800 participants, Circle K Sept 15 Cherry Berry fund raising will help the club out. Omega Phi Albee pools Friday 6:30 – 8:00 pm, check mailbox looks of stuff over the summer. Open Forum Wednesday 11:00 – 11:45 Reeve Room 307 for Chancellor Candidate. Black Student Union, the 11th panel discussion focusing on the freshman gives them some of guideline for campus at 5:00 pm at the MEC.
