Guest Speakers –
a. Nicole Toetz, Promoting Posting & Advertising brochures for Res Life – brochure
in the SLIC mailbox. Cannot post in the residence halls without permission,
USRH and mailbox stuffers and other ways to reach students, tabling in residence
halls, contact info has changed, dates and times posters one week in advance ways
to get your events out to residence in the residence halls
b. UWO Campus Clean Up Club – new walking home from library garbage on the
streets after big events streets et littered four clean sept 21, this club will not have
regular meetings but just after big events.

Speaker of the Assembly – (Nicole Lehto – osaspeaker@uwosh.edu) – office
hours 10:30 am – 3:30 pm on Mondays and will make an appointment with you if
that time slot does not work. Placards, process making new ones, let Nicole know
if you do not have one here if you want to keep it, will not be moving to different
folders. Monday Music Madness, respond on Twitter and Facebook, irks and
perks, issues with stuff on campus, will read the funny ones if. Lisa Goetsch sent
email contact Reeve reservations at 424-2435, see them in Reeve 104 or submit a
form from the Reeve Reservations website , Budget Manager Meeting Sept 23
from 5 to 6 in Ballroom and an email will be sent out later this week.
f. Vice President Pro-Tempore – (Lindsey Newhauser - osavppt@uwosh.edu) –
g. Vice President – (Graham Sparks – (osavp@uwosh.edu) – Junior political
science. Would like to see OSA Assembly and Senate work on joint resolution
senate go through the body and keep you involved and come through Assembly
that effect. Search and Screen committee, few students 10:35 to 10:55 AM. Best

h. President – (Jordan Schettle – osavpres@uwosh.edu) – GPS units on the buses
look at the phone where the bus in on the route installing ride systems.
Newspapers – Provost Office major academic end of Sept USA Today main
company laughing a mobile app first in Nation, marketing campaign, the Buzz.
Student savings club – got money back, free coffee will work in some mystery
flavors 9:30 – 11:00 am on Mondays. Student Voter Registration – government,
assembly rep, all information that you need tables in Reeve throughout the
months to make sure you have the information that you need. If want anything
changed on campus come and see Graham and myself.

Committee Reports – Search and Screen committee announced his retirement system
appointed 11 faculty, 2 students, 2 university, 2 academic 2 administration and campus
reps. Working since March to find the five candidates all summer. Provost Earns
Provost Ears same consideration just because he is internal he is not treated differently.
Search and Screen not hiring authority part of process three board of regents to serve on
a special committee and Ray Cross will be the ones hiring the next Chancellor, it is
important to attend them and your feedback, campus community meet with her on
Wednesday at 10:00 Reeve Theatre, 11:00 – 11:45 Wednesday, Sept 29th and the UW
system will be the one announcing. Sparks hold up signs only for 20 min. Resumes
long uwosh.edu/search2014. One of these five people will be running your university
great if you could come and picked for reasons. Listening sessions and Q &A if you
don’t like someone tell us. We want to hear your voice. At the Q&A sessions and
submit it electronically and some video broadcast.
Discussion –
a. Recognized Student Club/Org SLIC Printing Cards with individual limits do not
want to penalize students for printing on their org/clubs printing cards almost like
card and will store at the desk check the cards out and check them out at the SLIC
desk and return it to the SLIC desk when you are down, 2,000 pages can add
additional pages, can pay for it from your WISDM accounts, cash, check, one
form for all things. Chair printing limits do not dip into personal account.
b. Goals that student club/orgs have for OSA Assembly – talking to others when we
were up here very communicative, representing the majority. There are things
that need hurtles clear open lives and define how to get things done, conferences,
always contacted, open lines of communication. Utilize perks and perks; want to
leave more than willing to change so you are having a good procedure. Robert’s
Rules of order talk to us and music dept. excluded write a resolution send to
chancellor and administration where it will be utilized and read.
c. Registered Student Organization Training – Monday, Sept 29 at 4:00 pm sent one
person for one org, two orgs/two people.

Announcements –
MUN Allie new OSA rep informational meeting this Thursday Reeve Theatre at
6:00 PM conference and spring international studies and. Form after hours,
important SLIC storage, SLIC space in Oct first come first serve, go to make sure
rooster is up to date and make sure rooster is updated. Open lab on Thursday Up
your org guide in Polk Library, Dragon Boats looking for volunteers, volunteer
fair this Wednesday 9 to 1, Diversity Outdoors going camping state park
kayaking as a part of it, Student Leadership conference is on a Saturday interested
in attending available for a presentation one that is 25 and one is 55 min. Missy
Burgess – new SLIC Staff Shannon, RUB Advisor and Nicole, Volunteer
Advisor, Welcome week had over 4,800 participants, Circle K Sept 15 Cherry
Berry fund raising will help the club out. Omega Phi Albee pools Friday 6:30 –
8:00 pm, check mailbox looks of stuff over the summer. Open Forum Wednesday
11:00 – 11:45 Reeve Room 307 for Chancellor Candidate. Black Student Union,
the 11th panel discussion focusing on the freshman gives them some of guideline
for campus at 5:00 pm at the MEC. Next OSA Assembly meeting in the Theatre
if no placard let Nicole know.
