a. Thomas Sonnleitner, Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services – out of office

Patrick Wilkinson, Director Polk Library undergraduate opinion – full report on the
survey on Polk web page, students have a positive impression of the library, focus on student
experience. Highlights seems to be true to you: library place, library as a collection and service,
value it as a place, students like renovated section of the library better than the older sections that
are not renovated. Hoping with new administration move higher on the university docket, real
education benefit, smaller scale quite study areas have been ignored and not remodeled.
Schiedemeyer: take one of those quiet areas and would do this during the summer when classes
are not taking place. Grad students like the quite atmosphere, with current plan when would
renovations start? Not been approved no funding difficult to give an answer. Library as a
service – favorable grad students and faculty 100 comments high 67 positive 26 negative 7
neutral identifying people staff to ask questions to. Name tags easier to identify who is on staff,
some interaction with library staff felt some interaction not as courteous, reception and open as
they could have been, customer service training, a couple of services people really like, USP
program and talk to man students over a year that has been successful automation online
education.

moved over the UW system employee, hiring and titling for employee,
governance instructional level of a 4th level should be going through governance

f. Speaker of the Assembly – (Nicole – osaspeaker@uwosh.edu) – speakers no
meetings for two weeks, room issue Tunnel of Oppression = Sage no meetings
and then Thanksgiving. Chancellor Leavitt on Dec 1.
g. Vice President Pro-Tempore – (Lindsey - osavppt@uwosh.edu) – committee
reports due Dec 2nd compile for the semester and we know the chair and contact
info, when they meet. Bourke green fund h. Vice President – (Graham – osavp@uwosh.edu) – pictures head shot Thursday

i. President – (Jordan - osapres@uwosh.edu) – Happy Veteran’s Day. Veteran’s
memorial project is taking of creating bylaws, Veteran Resource, looking at
proposals Perkins loan expire the start of Sept 2015.

IX.
Unfinished Business –
OSA 14-011
WHEREAS, the current membership of the All campus Executive Committee does not
accurately reflect the representatives of the Student Leadership and Involvement Center; and
WHEREAS, the All Campus Executive Committee is presently an informational body, not an
action body; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Oshkosh Student Association will amend its
constitution to add the following groups to the membership of the All Campus Executive
Committee; Allocation; and Greek Life; and
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution will be sent to the current members
of the All Campus Executive Committee.

Director Hopper amend strike Rainbow Alliance for Hope Hoper, 2nd by Newhauser, one
abstention RSO the special attention speak with other RSO to see if they need spot on all
campus exec committee. Baez understands the reason for the group is the name
appropriate? Answer: merger document 36.09 (5) groups are student’s different sector of
campus anyone can attend, student governance group

XI. Committee Reports –
Allocations exec board roughly a third through a through English club look for those in the
minutes Daniel or Lindsey, meet tomorrow and Thursday the end of semester deliberated on.
USA today app newspaper the buzz in front of every door in the dorm, week after thanksgiving
gift cards to people that help meet tomorrow night. Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday before finals
picks two days.
XII.
Discussion –
Inter government legislative summary for this academic year; revise the final – at state level any
suggestions for future deposit. Reggie and I President Schettle take the lead with the committee.
United Council reexamines the resolution passed last year, they are trying to mend relationship
with us and just keep it on our radar.
XIII.
Announcements –
Grad studies Grad student Wednesday in room 202 10 out of the 15 the 19th 4:30 – 6. Tunnel of
Oppression may attend in group; Director Hopper would like to put a group together to go
through it.
