- Introduce a common vocabulary for identifying businesses using the Revenue Commissioner's
Business Register. This should be done by all public bodies
- Introduce legislation to allow public bodies to collect one of the business identifiers included in
the revenue Index and match these identifiers against that index
- Provide technology solutions to allow public bodies to match data against the Revenue Index
and/or synchronise with it

- Assign the lead role for the development of a code of practice and standards for the gathering
