Addition Partition
LO: To use partitioning and a number line for addition.
Example:
468 + 276 (Partition the numbers first).
400 + 200 = 600
60 + 70 = 130
8 + 6 = 14
Now use a number line to add the numbers back
together.

The answer will lie where your number line finishes, after
you have added all the partitioned numbers back on!
468 + 276 = 744
