ABSTRACT
The intent of this paper is to show the process of how a corporation implements their
environment, health, and safety management system at a company that they have
acquired. Every corporation does the acquisition integration different, but there are
important stages that every corporation must follow to properly integrate the new
company into their EH&S management system. In this paper I will explain this process
in detail, and also show how companies have excelled and failed at EH&S integration
using historical case studies.
