Internship – Computer and Information Sciences
Weekly Journal Entry
Each week you will be required to write a journal entry on your work related
activities for the week. Summarize what you have done, lessons learned,
problems confronted and solutions found, interesting persons meet or worked
with, etc. This is a diary like input. It should be personal, but professional. Talk
about your job not your personal life.
All Journal entries must be typed/printed. No handwritten entries are allowed.
Each entry should be one to two pages (double-spaced). Format is optional, but
your entry will be graded on use of standard English, readability, originality, and
completeness.
You must e-mail your weekly entry to the instructor by Monday evening. No late
e-mails will be accepted.
