TC Fusion, founded and led by Colin Mason in 2008, is a faculty ensemble from Temple
College. Each member teaches and performs on a regular basis throughout the United
States in various ensembles, in addition to teaching courses and private lessons at TC.

TC Fusion plays an exciting, contemporary-oriented jazz style that appeals to a wide range of audiences. Their musical style, consisting of original compositions and arrangements, encompasses swing, funk, and Latin, and allows the performers to express a different aspect of their creativity.

Members of TC Fusion have performed with some of the top names in jazz and popular music. Some of these artists include Maynard Ferguson, Randy
Brecker, Michael Brecker, James Moody, Clark
Terry, The Temptations, Percy Sledge, George
Shearing, and Eric Marienthal. In addition, the members have performed at some of the top
European jazz festivals including North Sea Jazz,
Montreux Jazz Festival, UmbriaJazz, and Vienna
